HONEY PRODUCTS

We have a limited supply of Raw Honey. We do liquefy our honey to package by warming to 110 degrees. Pasteurized honey is heated to 160 degrees.  It was not a good honey production year for us and the demand has been very high. Despite over a hundred colonies, we will run out. We plan to expand again next year.  The honey source is mostly wildflower and very diverse. We target native set aside acres so we end up with very rich honey with a low percentage of clover. We usually have a good supply of basswood honey but a week of wet weather washed off the nectar. We have various container sizes and have some bulk that has never been warmed up.
